Watch the pattern that shows on the blocks. Once the blocks are no longer highlighted, left click the blocks that you think were highlighted. When you are done making your selection, right click. If you were correct, the floor will change to a green color and a new pattern will show. 

Use a hint by pressing the up arrow key. Restart the game by pressing the R button.
